3 Massage Techniques for Healthy Hair & Relaxation

Here are the three points massage techniques which have standardized by World Health Organization.

1. Bai Hui Massage
A massage technique by pressing the tip of the head with the middle finger or index finger for 20-30 seconds. This technique is useful to reduce anxiety, relieve tension, prevent hair loss, insomnia, dementia, headaches, and dizziness.

2.Tai Yang Massage
A massage technique by putting pressure on both sides of the head with the thumb for 20-30 minutes. It’s useful to eliminate migraines, and relieve eye muscle fatigue.

3. Feng Chi Massage
A massage technique for 20-30 minutes by pressing the neck using one hand, where the thumb is on the right neck, and four other fingers are on the left neck, and do the opposite. When one hand massaging the neck, another hand hold the head. This technique is useful to solve the problem of stiff and sore neck, and also insomnia.
