Just like other types of
beans, soybeans are rich in content of vitamin E. Not only delicious, consuming soybeans also beneficial for the brain. A study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology
stated that sufficient intake of vitamin E
can help prevent the decrease in memory
function and improve the mental health of a person.
Soybeans also contain lecithin compounds
which is lipotropik, it’s encourage the transport of fatty acids from the

deposits on the walls of blood vessels and
maximize the distribution of oxygen to the brain.
